People age 12 and older are eligible to book their second vaccine appointment at any mass immunization clinic in Toronto. Book now: COVID-19 vaccine appointment (ontario.ca)
Walk-in vaccinations are available from noon to 7 p.m. for anyone age 12 or older to receive a first or second dose mRNA vaccine at all nine City-run clinics. More information below.
A health card is not needed for walk-in vaccinations, however individuals must bring some form of identification. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued ID (including non-Canadian and expired documents) such as a driver’s licence or passport, a piece of mail with your name on it, a pay stub or a student card.
Appointment bookings are for second doses only. If you need a first dose, you are encouraged to visit a City-run clinic during walk-in hours to get your vaccine.

- Please note that people who are 17 years old and are turning 18 in 2021 will be eligible to book their COVID-19 vaccination appointment only for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine.
