Helmets will only be provided to participants in a program listed “with rentals”. If you are not in a program listed “with rentals,” you are required to bring your own helmet.
Participants who do not have a recognized ski or snowboard helmet will not be admitted to class. This policy applies to all adults, youth and children programs. Make up classes or refunds will not be issued for clients who miss classes for this reason.
We operate our programs in all weather conditions including heavy snow, rain, sleet, wind, and days full of sunshine. Our instructors are trained to deal with various weather conditions and to ensure that quality lessons take place. Regardless, all participants must understand that they may encounter various weather conditions. However, in very severe conditions the centre may close and postpone lessons. Lessons cancelled by our operation will be added to the end of the regularly scheduled period.
