M3J, M3L, M3N, M9L and M9M Age 18+ Vaccine Information

Residents of M3J, M3L, M3N, M9L and M9M age 18 and older will have the opportunity on Friday April 30th and Saturday May 1st, 2021, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (or while supplies last) to receive a COVID-19 Vaccine at Oakdale Community Centre, 350 Grandravine Drive. Walk-in only.
Please bring a document with your address. Bring your OHIP Card if you have one, but it’s not required. Vaccines will be available while supplies last.
