REVISED Notice: System installation between Sheppard West and Wilson Stations | Subway Closure

We have received notice from TTC that the closure between Sheppard West and Wilson station will be extended to May 6. Regular service will resume on Friday, May 7.

Dear neighbours,
We received the following notice from the Toronto Transit Commission:
TTC will be making capital improvements next week through a 10-day closure between Sheppard West and Wilson Station from April 26 to May 5. There will be no subway service between these stations however, shuttle buses will operate frequently. Regular subway service will resume at approximately 6 a.m. on Thursday May 6, 2021.

All shuttle buses are accessible and will operate every 60 seconds or better during the morning rush period to provide safe travel and to keep customer volumes on vehicles as low as possible.

The TTC is continuing to capitalize on reduced ridership during the COVID-19 pandemic to carry out vital state-of-good-repair work with minimal inconvenience to customers. The work during this ten-day closure will eliminate years of weekend and nightly early closures.
