Adults aged 18 and older who live or work in any of Toronto's hot spots are invited to Rexdale Community Health Centre's pop up vaccine clinic for their first dose:
Date: Thursday, May 13 and May 20
Time: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Location: 21 Panorama Ct Etobicoke Ontario M9V 4E3 Canada
Please bring your health card and proof of address, such as driver's license or piece of mail.
