Residents age 40 and older living in M3H can pre-register for the AstraZeneca vaccine at at Earl Bales Community Centre. If you are eligible, you can preregister here.
The North York Family Medicine Centre in collaboration with the North York Toronto Health Partners and North York General is hosting a vaccine clinic at the Earl Bales Community Centre on Thursday April 22 and Friday April 23 from 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. By appointment only.
