Road Resurfacing in Acton Avenue and Codsell Avenue

The City of Toronto will resurface the roads and/or sidewalks on Acton Avenue from Wilson Heights Boulevard to Dufferin Street, and Codsell Avenue from Dufferin Street to Dead End East of Dufferin Street. Construction is expected to begin in May 2021 and end in November 2021.

An inspection of these roads shows that they need resurfacing and sections of damaged curb and/or sidewalk need to be replaced to bring them to a state of good repair.

The City’s contractor will:

  • Dig up the road surface
  • Re-align maintenance holes and catch basins
  • Repair sidewalks and/or curbs and gutters
  • Repave the road surface
