Residents age 18+ in M3J, M3L, M3N, M9L and M9M can come to the Oakdale Community Centre pop-up clinic for a COVID-19 vaccine on:
Dates: Friday, April 30, 2021 and Saturday, May 1st, 2021
Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM* while supplies last
Location: Oakdale Community Centre – 350 Grandravine Drive, North York, ON M3N 1J4
Proof of address is required. Bring your OHIP card if you have one, but it's not required.
