City of Toronto to accommodate those observing Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah for Fall Recreation Registration

Dear neighbours,

This year’s Fall Recreation Registration days, Tuesday September 28, falls on the Jewish religious holidays of Shemini Atzeret and Simchat Torah. In order to ensure all residents have equitable access, the City of Toronto will accommodate residents who contact customer service office by 4pm on Monday, September 27.
Residents requesting the accommodation should call the Recreation Customer Service Call Centre: Telephone: 416-396-7378, option 1, by Monday September 27 at 4 pm. Client service staff will enter their registrations on Tuesday morning at 7am as if the client was completing the registration over the phone.
