Metrolinx Notice: 62 Murray Road

Our office received the following notice:

To support Metrolinx construction activities within the Barrie rail corridor, a laydown area is located at 62 Murray Road. Activities at the laydown area will include temporary storage of granular and stone materials, temporary storage of construction equipment, and a site trailer.

Please be aware that the laydown area is located next to other industrial properties which are not related to the Barrie Double Track Enabling Works. The Barrie Double Track Enabling Works include changes and upgrades to the existing rail corridor that will allow for the future installation of a second set of tracks.

The work is scheduled to take place until Spring 2024 with general work taking place from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
