TTC Bus Service Expansion

Being a relatively new neighbourhood, Stanley Greene is finally getting up on its own two feet, or in this case, wheels. A new service will be introduced to connect the Stanley Greene neighbourhood to Wilson and Downsview Park Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) Stations.
Councillor James Pasternak requested that the TTC created a plan to service the new neighbourhood in 2021.

Beginning on Monday, March 26, 2023, residents will be able to utilize route 101 Downsview Park to connect to the Downsview Park TTC Station. A new route – 128 Stanley Greene – will also be introduced Downsview community on March 27, connecting from Stanley Greene to Wilson TTC Station on Line 1.

Buses will arrive at the following frequencies:

101 Downsview Park Bus Frequency

Saturday – Sunday8 a.m. to 10 p.m.30 Minutes

As part of the continued implementation of the 2021 Annual Service Plan, service on
this route will be modified to operate between the Stanley Greene neighbourhood to
Downsview Park Station.

As a result of these changes, route 101 Downsview Park will no longer serve Sheppard West Station and will terminate at Downsview Park Station instead, where customers can transfer directly to Line 1 Yonge-University, GO Transit (Barrie Line) and connect to TTC routes 84 Sheppard West, 106 Sentinel, 107 York University Heights, 108 Driftwood, and 984 Sheppard West Express on street.
